Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We offer the following options:
- Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
- Express Shipping: 2–4 business days
International Shipping We ship to select international destinations. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.
Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
